Shower plus kitchen — can one 30L do both?

Yes, for sequential use. A 30L tank holds enough for a normal shower plus hot water at the kitchen tap afterwards — just not both running at full flow at the same moment. For a couple in a 1BR, that’s a non-issue in practice: you shower, the tank reheats while you get ready, and the kitchen has hot water by breakfast. If two people genuinely need to shower back-to-back every morning with zero waiting, that’s when we point you to the 50L instead.
